Booking tip: Many of our corporate customers start booking their Christmas parties as early as September. If December is fully booked, we also run brilliantly for late-November or early-January socials, which are often cheaper and easier to schedule around diary conflicts.

Small groups (2 to 6). One room, one adventure. Perfect for small team socials or a close-knit group of friends.
Medium groups (7 to 20). Split the group across multiple rooms running at the same time and turn it into a team-vs-team competition. A favourite for marketing departments, leadership teams, and friend groups who can't resist a bit of healthy rivalry.
Large groups and full company parties (20+). Book exclusive use of the entire branch and we'll give your group the full run of the venue, with no other customers in the building. Ideal for bigger company Christmas parties, client events, or when you want to really make a statement. Includes staggered room timings so everyone gets a game, plus flexibility for food, drinks, or a Christmas-themed extras package.

Each game runs for 60 minutes, with around 15 minutes either side for the briefing and the team photo. Plan for roughly 90 minutes from arrival to departure per booking. For larger groups playing back-to-back rooms, allow additional time between sessions.
The escape room itself is food and drink free (we want you focused on the puzzles), but most of our locations are within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Speak to us when you book and we'll happily recommend local spots that work well for after-game celebrations.
A drink or two beforehand is absolutely fine, but for safety reasons we can't allow visibly intoxicated guests into our rooms. It also helps to have a clear head when you're trying to crack codes against a ticking clock. Save the heavier celebrations for after the escape.
No problem. Our rooms are designed to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities, and our games masters can guide teams through the experience. If anyone in your group has specific access requirements, mention it when you book and we'll advise on the best room and any adjustments we can make.
Yes, please do. Christmas jumpers, Santa hats, reindeer antlers, and festive team accessories are all welcome and actually add to the team photo at the end. We'd just ask you to avoid anything that obstructs movement or vision inside the room itself.
Christmas bookings are in high demand, so we ask for a deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed during the booking process. Get in touch if you need to discuss a specific situation.
