Of course. Many people who suffer from claustrophobia have fully enjoyed their escape game experience with us. However, please note that personal experiences may vary due to the degree of your claustrophobia.

Yes we can! Escape Reality provides a creative form of alternative entertainment, very different from usual team building events. We can accommodate for a vast array of private events such as corporate events, birthday parties or anniversaries. We will always attempt to cater to any specific requirements.
Yes, we do! You can either buy them online via our Booking System, or contact the relevant branch. Escape Reality gift vouchers can be redeemed via our online booking page and at the branch you bought it from.
If you are new to the concept of real-life escape games, we would recommend attempting a 3 or 4 star difficulty room before attempting one of our 5 star rooms. We suggest browsing through the relevant back stories of our various different rooms in order to decide which would you like to undertake.
The Escape Reality experience is fun for everyone of all ages. However, players 15 and under must be accompanied in the room by a paying adult over the age of 18.

All of our rooms are designed for groups of between 2-6 players. There must be a minimum of 2 players due to the number of puzzles within our rooms.
