After years of working at Escape Reality, observing customers’ behaviours and reactions to different puzzles and testing out other escape room companies, the Game Masters are truly experts on what makes an unforgettable escape room experience. Who better to design our newest room?
Introducing, Conspiracy! Conspiracy is the New Escape Reality Room added to our repertoire. Delve into the world of conspiracy theories, aliens and the paranormal with this 4* difficulty room. The foundation of any good escape room is its back story, designed to help set the scene before you enter the escape game and get you in the right mindset to solve the puzzles.
You have arrived at the apartment of your friend, Richie Walsh, who you have not heard from for several days. He has always been interested in extra-terrestrial activity and the like, but upon arriving it is clear that things have gotten out of hand. As you explore his flat, you learn the extent of the vast and insidious conspiracy, and Walsh’s inadvertent involvement in it. It becomes apparent that he has been abducted by someone, aliens or otherwise - who seek to whisk away anyone who knows of their existence - including you! Your team of between 2-6 players will start off in Richie’s flat and solve a series of non-linear puzzles as they lead you into the unknown...
Branch Manager, Fran, says “Building our own escape room has ultimately been incredibly rewarding. We really wanted to take everything that we had learned from years of game master experience - watching how people interact with games, listening to their feedback, and talking about the kinds of puzzles that were memorable for them - and translate that into something new.” She continues, “For me, personally - I wanted to make something that people remember for a long time to come. A fun sci-fi room for people to make memories in!”
Here at Escape Reality, we wanted to give our team the opportunity to really explore their creative ideas and story lines. If you’ve ever worked as a Game Master, we can guarantee that you’ve fantasised about the intricate and crazy escape rooms you would build if you were given free reign to design your own game within your branch, and if you’ve ever played an escape room before, maybe you’ve had the same thought!
Fran comments, “We have such an astounding team of talent at Escape Reality and this was such a wonderful opportunity for us to work together and create something we are all really proud of. I hope that you will come visit us in Glasgow - you'll experience an escape room full of cheeky sci-fi references that was made with a whole lot of love!”
